Unlike other schools in Oman, the class capacity is set to 20 students at DPS. It is one of the vital policies DPS will adhere to make sure that the capacity should and will not exceed 20 students.

DPS became an authorised IB PYP World School in December 2023. Our students and staff worked hard to achieve this first milestone on the school’s IB journey.
DPS is a candidate school* for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP). This school is pursuing authorization as an IB World School. IB World Schools share a common philosophy- a commitment to high-quality, challenging, international education- that we believe is important for our students.
